About the Role:

As a manager, you will work with leading organizations to help solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across technology transformation initiatives, while contributing to firm growth, talent development, and thought leadership.

You will combine deep understanding of business strategy with technology expertise, bringing structured problem-solving, strong delivery discipline, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Trusted Advisor Role

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, and technology landscape.
  • Can demonstrate as a trusted advisor, providing practical value-driven recommendations aligned to client strategy.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions and brainstorming

Technology Strategy & Solution Building

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including digital transformation, systems implementation, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into clear delivery approaches, solution designs, and technology roadmaps.
  • Oversee solution quality, ensuring alignment with leading practices, architectural standards, and risk considerations.
  • Drive outcomes that deliver measurable business value, not just technical completion.

Engagement & Project Management

  • Own engagement delivery, including scope, financials, risk management, milestones, and quality assurance.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating appropriately.
  • Ensure delivery governance, reporting, and documentation meet firm and client expectations.
  • Balance multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing consulting teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Create an inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and innovation.
  • Provide timely feedback, performance coaching, and career guidance to team members.
  • Role model firm values, ethics, and professional standards.

Business and Practice Development

  • Support go-to-market initiatives, proposal development, and client pursuits.
  • Contribute to shaping win themes, solution approaches, estimates, and delivery models.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support revenue growth.
  • Develop thought leadership, reusable assets, and methodologies aligned with firm priorities.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 to 12+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, or large-scale delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, client-facing technology engagements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, digital platforms, and transformation programs.
  • Experience working in or with professional services / consulting environments preferred.

Additional Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience in one or more domains: Cloud, Data & Analytics, ERP, Digital Platforms
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, Cloud, AI)
  • Experience working across multiple industries and geographies
