TECHNICIAN LEADER
Job Description
- Responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PMS), and the maintenance management of refrigeration units, freezers, exhaust systems, and air conditioning systems, and in store equipment.
- Monitor maintenance technician and education to staff. Perform PMS and troubleshooting repairs and installations.
- Assist with maintenance planning, reporting, and documentation. Support administrative tasks related to repair records, schedule management, and spare parts monitoring.
- Collaborate with the mall's facilities management department and external contractors as needed
- Minimize equipment downtime at each branch location and ensure continuous operation.
- Position requires leadership capability and strong troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work independently and handle emergency cases
- Must have 4 wheels driver's license
Qualification
Education Background: Vocational / Technical Course Graduate (Electrical, RAC, Mechanical prefered)
Years of experience: Minimum of 5 Years
Salary Offer
- Php 28,150 (Meal allowance and pro-rated service charge included plus Php 2,000 allowance
