Job Description:
Summary
A failure analysis technician is responsible in providing failure analysis to support customer returns, qualifications, and other engineering evaluations. Collaboration with FA requestors and other cross-functional teams is also required. He/she must observe proper housekeeping, environmental, health, and safety protocols while doing his/her tasks.

. Basic understanding of failure analysis flow.
. Basic knowledge and skill in performing non-destructive and destructive FA techniques.
. Basic knowledge and skill in operating failure analysis tools and equipment.
. Basic knowledge of basic semiconductor Fab, Assembly and Test process flow.
. Basic knowledge of chemical handling safety training.
. Basic knowledge in electrical testing and datalog interpretation.
. Basic skill in physical failure techniques.
Other Requirements
No known allergy to chemicals.
Good vision and dexterity.
Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Able to extract, analyze, and report data as necessary.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good analytical skills, self-motivated, team player, and able to proactively communicate with others.
Can collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
