Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Laguna Technopark Binan. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections, identifying issues, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, and performing repairs or adjustments as needed. The role also involves executing preventive maintenance schedules, documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production staff to minimize downtime, and assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and calibration. The Maintenance Technician will follow safety protocols, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address recurring issues and optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma, vocational course, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues on production and facility equipment.
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair, including diagnosing faults, replacing parts, and verifying proper operation.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe use of tools and test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and in shifts if required.
