Job Summary
Responsible for inspecting, testing, and supporting the servicing of medical equipment and devices to ensure quality, safety, and operational readiness before deployment. Supports technical service operations, field activities, and equipment documentation while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Inspect and test medical equipment prior to delivery and deployment
- Ensure compliance with equipment checklists, testing procedures, and documentation requirements
- Assist in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of medical equipment
- Support 4PL field operations and technical service activities as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and equipment records
- Report equipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to the immediate supervisor
- Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas in good condition
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding technical concerns and service schedules
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate superior
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
- Majority of work is performed onsite at client healthcare facilities, with occasional office-based administrative tasks
- Requires moderate physical effort, including lifting equipment and working in confined spaces
- Exposure to clinical and technical environments requiring strict compliance with safety and biohazard protocols
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories or nationwide
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in servicing medical devices or biomedical equipment is preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge in medical equipment troubleshooting, inspection, and preventive maintenance is an advantage
