Required Skills & Experience

  • 24+ years experience in technical writing, process documentation, or related roles
  • Strong English writing, editing, and information structuring skills
  • Ability to convert complex business processes into easy-to-understand documentation
  • Experience documenting SaaS workflow processes (CRM exposure preferred)
  • Comfortable working with subject matter experts and asking clarifying questions
  • Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to follow templates, style guides, and content development standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
