Required Skills & Experience
- 24+ years experience in technical writing, process documentation, or related roles
- Strong English writing, editing, and information structuring skills
- Ability to convert complex business processes into easy-to-understand documentation
- Experience documenting SaaS workflow processes (CRM exposure preferred)
- Comfortable working with subject matter experts and asking clarifying questions
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus (not required)
- Ability to follow templates, style guides, and content development standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
