Job Purpose
To provide technical support to Affinity business lines in terms of underwriting group accounts, pricing group and health insurances, facilitating reinsurance transactions, and coordinating to reinsurers for reinsurance support incidental to these risk assessment activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Profitability (Underwriting). Underwriting profitability, Underwriting Loss Ratio; Production Achievement
- Experience Management. Improve service delivery efficiency.
- Process Management. Maintain or improve Group Underwriting efficiency and quality.
- Data Management. Data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Applied Mathematics, BS Mathematics, BS Industrial Engineering or any STEM related undergraduate course with several calculus-based statistics courses (at least 9 units)
- With at least 4 years of relevant work experience with 2 years management experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Willing to be assigned in our head office in Makati Office.
