Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Conduct trainings and teambuilding programs, completing Summary Reports after travel.
2. Collect and summarize feedback after training for discussion with Area Manager and concerned Head Office department
3. Monitor and maintain Academy Training materials before, during and after each training
4. Conduct the ocular visit of the training venue and double check all facilities before the scheduled date of seminar
5. Coordinate with Area Offices regarding training schedules and ensure that all training materials are accurately sent to areas before the scheduled date of the seminar
Scope and Limitations:
Conducts trainings in all areas
Reports to Unit Supervisor
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Mass Communications or Education-Teaching related
At least two (2) years work experience as Branch Appraiser
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
With experience in the the service industry is an advantage
