JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Training
- Conducts/creates Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Consolidates TNAs to a Training Plan.
- Allocates cost to each technical program in the Training Plan for budget purposes.
- Revises the training plan vs the approved training budget.
- Plots the training plan to monthly schedules (Training Calendar).
- Designs and creates technical training programs.
- Source technical training programs if not internally available.
- Conducts/facilitates trainings.
- Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed.
- Files and safekeeps applicable records.
- Prepares required reports.
Organizational Development
- Conducts training related operational gap analysis/diagnosis.
- Identifies organizational gaps for continual improvement.
- Summarizes results of the gap analysis/diagnosis.
- Suggests viable action plans.
- Designs and creates the approved action plan.
- Collaborates, implements and monitors approved action plan.
- Revises action plans as recommended.
- Prepares required reports.
Others
- When needed, assists team mates with other needed work/deliverables.
- Drafts/creates applicable policies, procedures or processes.
- Handles the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation of applicable trainings.
- Other important tasks needed to meet business priorities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
- Professional license is an advantage but not required
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in training or the academe is preferred
- With COSH or BOSH certification/training
- Knowledgeable in Quality Control and Quality Assurance tools and techniques
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
