The jobholder is responsible for assisting the Manager – Administration and Facilities in the day - to - day work and help meet the business plan objectives within the time limits, quality specifications and organization budget.
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience handling Administration, Housekeeping, Organization and Maintenance, and Safety and Security in a service-oriented & multi-national corporation.
- Computer literate, understands procurement processes and has background on invoice/bills processing and financial reporting.
- Preferably with BOSH/OSH Certification.
- Ability to multitask and deliver operational duties as assigned in a given timeline.
- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, flexible in shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
