Lead the design and delivery of structured training programs for both Google Workspace administrators and end-users to drive platform adoption and effective utilization.
Provide expert guidance on configuration, administration, security, and governance within Google Workspace.
Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and documentation aligned with customer requirements and best practices.
Advise customers on user lifecycle management, license administration, and collaboration optimization.
Support change management initiatives, particularly for organizations transitioning from Microsoft environments.
Monitor adoption trends and provide recommendations to enhance user engagement and platform efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to align training plans, schedules, and technical enablement activities.
Develop and participate in GWS programs that will help in the adoption of GWS applications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Deep working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and collaboration tools.
Experience managing Google Workspace Admin Console configurations.
Understanding of identity management concepts.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user training is highly preferred.
