Job Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of structured training programs for both Google Workspace administrators and end-users to drive platform adoption and effective utilization.
  • Provide expert guidance on configuration, administration, security, and governance within Google Workspace.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and documentation aligned with customer requirements and best practices.
  • Advise customers on user lifecycle management, license administration, and collaboration optimization.
  • Support change management initiatives, particularly for organizations transitioning from Microsoft environments.
  • Monitor adoption trends and provide recommendations to enhance user engagement and platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to align training plans, schedules, and technical enablement activities.
  • Develop and participate in GWS programs that will help in the adoption of GWS applications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace Admin Console configurations.
  • Understanding of identity management concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user training is highly preferred.
