The Technical Team Lead (TTL) Infrastructure Support oversees the performance, availability, and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role combines strong technical expertise with people leadership to ensure stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the infrastructure team across servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and escalation support.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver infrastructure improvements.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools, backup systems, and security practices.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support; prior lead role preferred.
- Must have experience in an MSP environment.
