Systems Analyst (Marketing Systems Development)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements to improve routing processes. Analyze data, identify gaps, and perform root cause analysis to resolve routing and system issues. Design and implement technical solutions that support sales and marketing operations. Conduct daily system audits, monitor marketing tech stack performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability. Provide CRM support, data analysis, and technical assistance to stakeholders.

Marketing Systems Development
Collaborate, understand and validate with stakeholders the requirements needed to
enhance or fix routing issues
Perform analysis including data, gap, impact, and root cause analysis to understand the
current routing state
Design, build, develop, and implement identified solutions to achieve business goals
across sales and marketing operations
Perform daily audits of systems to ensure overall marketing tech stack operationality and
reliability
Conduct investigations and troubleshooting to identify root causes of reported issues
and apply concrete solutions
Provide stakeholder support for CRM features, data analysis, and troubleshooting
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Routing analysis and optimization
Systems administration and monitoring
Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, systems analysis, or technical support roles
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Google Workspace
Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (Talend/Alteryx)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with critical and systems thinking
Effective communication and data storytelling abilities
Background in Marketo, integration platforms (Workato, Zapier), or advanced programming (Python, JavaScript) is a plus
Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and RESTful services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field
Amenable to work night shifts and on a shifting schedule
Willing to report onsite in Cubao or Ortigas office, with a hybrid work setup (10-11 onsite days per month)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a strong foundation in technical support and working knowledge of Python
