IT Service Desk Management
Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolutions.
Asset And Account Management
Maintain IT asset records, including tagging, storage, and tracking.
Reporting And Compliance
Generate IT service desk reports and endorsements.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar are highly desirable.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
