Job Description

Daily Task

  • Manage incidents in the ticketing system.

Support And Maintenance

  • Provide technical support for WIFI, applications, internet services, UPS, printers, gaming terminals, and CCTV.

IT Service Desk Management

  • Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolutions.

Asset And Account Management

  • Maintain IT asset records, including tagging, storage, and tracking.

Reporting And Compliance

  • Generate IT service desk reports and endorsements.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
