Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone on a 24/7 rotational shift
- Investigate and resolve software issues using configuration screens and basic SQL queries
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Work Schedule
- Morning Shift; Mid Shift; Graveyard Shift (rotational)
Ideal Candidate
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with SQL and troubleshooting software issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
