About the Client:

The client is designed to optimize shopper experiences to increase conversion rate, AOV & revenue. With our app seamlessly integrated into Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce, we deliver AI-Search, Collection filters, Merchandising, Personalization, Similar Styles, and Complete-the-Look.

About the Position:

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to answer support tickets and guide customers through the platform.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email (Zendesk) in a timely and professional manner

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams (in R&D)

Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement solutions

Continuously learn about our product

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST

2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related field is a MUST

Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a MUST

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Knowledge of Shopify is an ADVANTAGE

Experience with Zendesk is an ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time job in a permanent work-from-home setup. The team is covering

24/7 support 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift.
