Qualifications:

Must be College Graduate

Must have at least 1 year experience in BPO

Has experience in Telco/ Technical Support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
