About the Role

Does customer service excite you Are you looking for an opportunity that provides continuous learning and be part of a dynamic team We're looking for a passionate person with ERP and technical expertise to be the next member of our growing team! The work we do is varied and challenging. You'll have an opportunity to learn on the go in supporting current Application Security Platform, Single Signon, Security Analytics, PeopleMobile and Version Control products. Responsibilities range from issue troubleshooting to implementations.

What you'll do

  • First line of support for customers
  • Primary resource for performing product installations
  • Primary resource for performing ERP Firewall implementations
  • Primary resource for troubleshooting customer issues and engaging with developers on issue replication and resolution when needed
  • Primary resource for supporting customer migrations, post-database refreshes, and go-lives.
  • Gathering and analyzing logs and other data and Identifying the root source of issues
  • Making customer configuration changes, when the issue can be resolved as such
  • Creating reproducible test cases for developers when needed
  • Updating product documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Developing configuration pages for our products and test script

What You Bring

  • Strong background in ERP, PeopleSoft with minimum of 3-5 years of ERP application Technical Support experience.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience writing new, and troubleshooting existing, SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
  • Strong development and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • A team player with strong desire to learn new things
  • Experience with version control systems
