Role Snapshot

You guide U.S. homeowners through electrical design decisions during the pre-construction phase, ensuring their floor plans translate into functional, code-aligned, and upgrade-optimized installations. Working inside Bluebeam, you conduct structured room-by-room walkthroughs, identify high- and low-voltage opportunities, and ensure documentation accuracy before installation begins.

This is a client-facing production role operating within defined scopes and measurable standards. You manage scheduled consultations, audit peer designs for compliance, and ensure electrical plans meet regulatory and quality expectations. You will thrive here if you are detail-oriented, confident speaking with homeowners, comfortable handling calls nightly, and able to balance technical precision with consultative communication.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• At least 2 years of experience in electrical design coordination, technical support, or construction documentation review
• Hands-on experience reviewing floor plans, blueprints, or electrical layouts
• Strong call handling experience (scheduling, client consultations, inbound inquiries, administrative follow-through)
• Working knowledge of high-voltage (lighting, outlets, generator prep) and low-voltage systems (data drops, speakers, security)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams (Bluebeam exposure is a strong advantage)
• Experience operating in structured client-facing environments with QA or compliance standards
• Willingness to work night shift (9:00 PM6:00 AM, MondayFriday) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Cebu IT Park)
• Willingness to undergo background, driving record, and drug screening requirements

Responsibility Pillars

Client Design Walkthrough Ownership

You lead structured blueprint reviews that translate homeowner preferences into accurate electrical plans.

• Conduct room-by-room floor plan walkthroughs using Bluebeam
• Identify upgrade opportunities for high- and low-voltage systems
• Document selections and ensure clarity before execution

Electrical Plan Review & Quality Control

You ensure designs meet internal and regulatory standards before release.

• Audit peer designs for accuracy and completeness
• Validate electrical layouts against compliance requirements
• Flag inconsistencies and escalate technical issues when necessary

Upgrade Consultation & Technical Recommendations

You align homeowner needs with available electrical solutions.

• Recommend lighting, outlet, generator prep, and low-voltage enhancements
• Clarify technical specifications in non-technical language
• Maintain documentation accuracy across all client selections

Administrative & Call Management Discipline

You operate within defined queues and scheduled consultations aligned with U.S. business workflows.

• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation logs
• Handle inbound inquiries with structured, professional communication
