Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, completeness, and functionality of all technical items and equipment for delivery, pull-out, rental, demo, and service use. The role includes conducting quality checks, verifying documentation accuracy, and maintaining organized records to support efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Engineering/ ECE.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidate must demonstrate understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Candidate must posses strong time management and multitasking skills, capable of handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Sandoval Brgy. Palatiw, Pasig City.
