Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively provide technical support for various system applications.
  • Effectively handle implementation, training and training-related tasks for various system applications.
  • Effectively provide reports related to route settlement functions.
  • Other technical, implementation, system application and/ or route settlement tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • With technical or customer support work related experience.
  • Experience in a BPO industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to details and process-oriented.
  • Has the ability to multi-task or monitor multiple issues or projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Can start ASAP!
