Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, or chat for customer inquiries
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for internet connectivity, modems, and routers
  • Log tickets, document issues, and escalate to Network Engineers when needed
  • Deliver customer service support: billing questions, account setup, service changes
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied
  • Assist with service provisioning and installation scheduling
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
  • 1+ year experience in tech support or customer service (ISP experience a plus)
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Basic understanding of home networking (modem/router setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
