The Role: Technical Support Representative

What will you do:

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for product installation, activation, and compatibility inquiries via phone, chat, and text
  • Partner with after-sales and marketing teams to manage product quality returns and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including complaint and knowledge management systems
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate customer service while handling support requests
  • Process and administrate customer orders while supporting revenue generation activities

Who would be successful


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, ECE, Computer Science or related fields
Fresh Grad is welcome, Work experience in a BPO/Call Center is an advantage
Knowledgeable in power, electricity, and networking
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Willing to work in EPZA Rosario, Cavite
Open to working night shifts and a hybrid schedule
Must have a good internet connection and can work effectively at home
