Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative for Hybrid Cloud Services, you are a seasoned technical professional with expertise in multiple towers, clouds, tools, and technologies. You possess in-depth knowledge of the client's environment, enabling you to perform daily engineering tasks and manage small-scale projects from start to finish.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage Infrastructure Resources: Provision and manage infrastructure resources using code, ensuring seamless integration, consistency, and automation in the cloud environment. This involves streamlining infrastructure management and reducing manual intervention.
- Perform Engineering Tasks: Install new or rebuild existing servers, configure hardware, and manage services, settings, directories, and storage requirements on a daily basis.
- Solve Complex Problems: Solve medium to complex problems with minimal assistance, demonstrating strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Lead Small-Scale Projects: Independently manage small-scale projects from start to finish, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure seamless integration, consistency, and automation in the cloud environment, utilizing expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
