Job Description

  • Learn and master configuration procedures for each supported brand to ensure accurate and efficient setup and support
  • Create Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client requirements
  • Deliver technical training or product demonstrations to clients
  • Provide Pre-Sales and After-Sales Technical Support
  • Document technical support tickets
  • Create technical reports, manuals, and system documentation
  • Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering, BS IT or related courses
  • Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) is a plus
  • At least 2 years experience in Pre-Sales and After-Sales Technical Support
  • Experience in Network Systems, Software Configurations and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Strong interest in learning, problem-solving and communication skills
