Job Description

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Familiarity with hardware components (PCs, printers, routers, etc.)
  • Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
  • Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk)
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Education & Certifications
