We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. As a Technical Support (CSR), you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting to our valued clients, ensuring their technology-related needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming support requests from clients via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
Provide step-by-step guidance and support to clients, walking them through problem-solving processes
Accurately document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or subject matter experts
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation

Excellent English Communications Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
Proficiency in using various software applications, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting tools
