Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Specialist - Vendor Inspections. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing detailed reports on findings. The role also involves providing technical guidance to clients, troubleshooting compliance issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve vendor performance. The ideal candidate will consistently uphold quality and safety standards while maintaining professional communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating technical specifications, identifying compliance issues, and problem-solving
• Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients
• Customer Service abilities to provide professional support and maintain strong client relationships
• Basic understanding of Finance as it relates to inspections and vendor operations
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality control, or a related field preferred
• Experience with the oil and gas industry or vendor compliance is highly beneficial
