Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist - Electrical Systems is responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and technical advisory of electrical systems across San Miguel Foods plants and facilities nationwide. The role provides expert guidance on system improvements, project planning, and issue resolution involving low and medium voltage systems. The incumbent will assist SMF facilities in CAPEX project preparation and execution and play a key role in competency building by conducting technical training on switchgears, substations, and other critical electrical infrastructure.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Electrical Safety and Lockout/Tagout Training
• Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) Certification
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training

Work Experience/Exposure:

• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in food manufacturing or agro-industrial sectors
• Hands-on experience with MV/LV systems, motor control centers, and automation controls
