The Role
We are seeking a
Technical Solution Sales Manager & Evangelist (TSSM) who will lead solution architecture, pre-sales, and go-to-market motions across
Multi-Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Modern Workplace
This is a high-impact, pre-sales and sales leadership role. The TSSAM will not only serve as the technical advisor but also lead a virtual team focused on cross-domain practice. You will be instrumental in helping customers realize digital transformation through the strategic use of cloud computing and Noventiq's comprehensive solution stack. You will also act as a public-facing evangelist for Noventiq, delivering talks at community events, customer conferences, and webinars, and enabling internal teams through targeted workshops and training. Implementation, deployment, and day-to-day operations are performed by our Services and Managed Services teams, while this role focuses on solution strategy, architecture governance, and stakeholder leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Solution Sales & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with Account Managers to qualify, shape, and win opportunities across multi-cloud, security, data/AI, and modern workplace.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to conduct in-depth discovery sessions, deeply understanding their business needs, multi-cloud infrastructure challenges, and technical requirements across all domains.
- Act as a technical thought leader , clearly articulating Noventiq's holistic value proposition through presentations, customized demonstrations, and detailed proposal writing.
- Develop compelling solution narratives, demos, and proof-of-value (PoV) storylines that differentiate the company in competitive opportunities
- Multi-Domain Solution Architecture
- Design and architect integrated, end-to-end solutions that address complex customer needs in three key areas:
- Multi-Cloud & Infrastructure: Work closely with customers IT Infra & Operations teams to design and propose suitable cloud and 3rd party infrastructure solutions. This includes designing architectures for high-availability, disaster recovery (DR), backup, and reliability on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, with implementation and run-operations executed by the respective delivery and MSP teams.
- Modern Workplace (MWP): Design solutions centered on collaboration, productivity, and employee experience (M365, Viva, etc).
- Cybersecurity: Design secure architectures leveraging core technologies like Microsoft Security Suite, Fortinet, and CrowdStrike . Ensure security is embedded into landing zones, architectures, and MSP offerings .
- Data & AI: Design and propose data and AI architectures (e.g. data lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, Azure OpenAI) that enable analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases aligned to specific business outcomes, in close collaboration with data engineers and data science teams.
- Design and demonstrate customized cloud solutions & services that address specific customer needs and showcase Noventiq's differentiated expertise.
- Solution & Offering Development
- Create, design, and productize repeatable solution offerings (bundled services, accelerators, PoVs) that can be launched to market and easily positioned by the sales teams across multi-cloud, security, data/AI, and modern workplace.
- Define clear value propositions, scope, pricing guidance, and standardized deliverables , making offerings easy for account teams to position and sell.
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities from existing customers (cloud, data, security, M365, AWS, Azure, etc.) into Managed Services (MSP), premium support, and optimization services , positioning these as the default next step after successful projects and PoVs.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Vendor partners to take these offerings to market, enabling account teams to hit and exceed their revenue and GP targets.
- Operational Excellence & Relationship Management
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Services, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solutions design, clear deployment plans, and governed delivery of all contracted solutions, with this role providing architecture oversight rather than direct implementation.
- Enable internal teams (Sales, BDMs, Pre-Sales) through enablement sessions, playbooks, and documentation , building a scalable solution-selling motion.
- Lead and deliver executive briefings, board-level presentations, and community sessions that translate complex multi-cloud and AI concepts into clear business value.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies, infrastructure, and security solutions, serving as an internal subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role across multiple domains.
- Multi-Cloud Proficiency:
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in designing and architecting core infrastructure components (e.g., networking, compute, storage, DR/HA) on at least two major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure and AWS ).
- Experience leading cloud landing zone, Well-Architected reviews, and modernization roadmaps, ideally connected to managed services (MSP) or long-term support models
- Modern Workplace:
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint) and familiarity with advanced solutions (e.g., Viva Suites, Governance).
- Data & AI Skills:
- Experience with data and AI platforms and patterns (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, modern data lakehouse architectures) and the ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and data scientists. Hands-on coding in Python/ML frameworks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Cybersecurity Skills:
- Technical knowledge of security best practices and experience with major security vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet).
- Business Acumen & Communication
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
- Strategic Alignment: Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with specific business goals and outcomes, demonstrating clear ROI.
- Professional: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
- Experience enabling internal sales and technical teams through trainings, playbooks, and repeatable solution offerings.
Desired Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Professional certifications across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., M365 Administrator Expert, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Relevant enterprise, professional security and data certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, specialty certifications).
- Experience in building solution offerings and go-to-market plays with hyperscaler partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS)
- Completion of executive or post-graduate programs in AI, digital leadership, cloud strategy, or cybersecurity from recognized institutions is an advantage
- Experience as a speaker, panelist, or trainer at industry events, user groups, or community conferences (cloud, data/AI, security, or digital transformation topics)
- Experience working in a regional or global technology services provider environment.
