This is a Remote position.
We focus on creating top-quality mobile and web applications while building long-term partnerships with our clients. We are currently pooling candidates for a Technical/Project Manager position to join our growing team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate the resolution of any project-related conflicts or issues.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and report on project success, lessons learned, and improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control processes.
