About The Opportunity
Join QIAGEN as a Technical Service Scientist (S4), where you deliver professional, precise, and solutionoriented technical support to customers across research, forensic, clinical, and applied testing markets. You take ownership of complex inquiries, support sales initiatives, and partner closely with crossfunctional teams while navigating a dynamic and evolving technical landscape.
Your tasks include
- Acquiring and applying uptodate knowledge of QIAGEN technologies, products, and processes
- Taking ownership of customer cases and building strong, longterm relationships
- Providing expert guidance on product operation, applications, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrating product capabilities and communicating value to customers and field teams
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, QA/QC, and R&D teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful case resolution
- Contributing to sales initiatives and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet customer and team needs
Your profile
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics & IT, or a related field
- Strong theoretical understanding of molecular biology; handson lab experience is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong IT and software proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving workflows, and manage complex information
- Willingness to work on a pure night shift schedule
