Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in BGC, Taguig City for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will focus on identifying client needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of products and services to customers. The role involves building relationships with clients, addressing technical inquiries, preparing product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Collaboration with technical support and customer service departments to ensure client satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client inquiries and challenges efficiently, at least for 6 (six) months.
• Good Communication skills for effectively conveying complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to provide innovative solutions to customers.
• At least a graduate of Senior High School or High School in old curriculum.
• Familiarity with the digital services industry or technical products is an advantage.
