We're looking for a Technical Sales Senior Manager to lead our technical sales group, drive sustainable revenue growth, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in the food solutions industry.

What You'll Do

Lead Technical Sales & Client Engagement

  • Own and elevate technical sales execution through compelling presentations, solution demos, and consultative engagements
  • Champion solution selling by combining deep technical expertise with sharp market insights
  • Build and protect long-term relationships with key and enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and joint business planning
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and strategic discussions as a senior thought leader

Ensure Compliance & Food Safety Excellence

  • Drive adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical selling standards, and documentation practices
  • Proactively address and escalate food safety concerns in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with technical centers to ensure sales tools, demo materials, and technical content are accurate, relevant, and market-ready

Shape Strategy & Drive Growth

  • Lead the development and refinement of long-term technical sales strategies across B2B and B2C segments
  • Analyze market trends, competitive movements, and evolving customer needs to guide value propositions and campaigns
  • Establish KPIs and performance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets

Build, Coach & Inspire High-Performance Teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop Technical Sales Managers through regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Create individual and team scorecards to track results, identify gaps, and accelerate growth
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted capability-building programs
  • Lead hiring, talent development, succession planning, and performance-based recommendations

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in food technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Professional license is a strong advantage

Experience

  • 810 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or solution selling (Food Mfg, Food Ingredients)
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear customer value
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
