Job Description

Elder Care Homecare is seeking an experienced and highly technicalSales Operations Specialistcontractor. We are a private pay homecare agency located in the US with additional expansion planned within the next year. This role is ahome-based position in the Davao Region, Philippines.

As a Sales Operations Specialist contractor, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining the systems and data infrastructure that power our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical builder who can own system integrations, API connections, workflows, automations, and reporting pipelines that keep Sales Operations running. The role also includes clear documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and independent problem-solving, especially when urgent technical issues arise.

This role reports to theDirector of Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, automate, integrate, and maintain our Sales Operations infrastructure across systems such as HubSpot, Zapier/Make, Power BI, Wellsky (formerly Clearcare), Netsuite, and others.
  • Serve as the technical owner forAPI integrations, ensuring systems communicate reliably and resolving any breakages quickly.
  • Oversee CRM admin tasks (HubSpot preferred) such as workflows, automations, referral tracking, data management, and dashboards (approx. 10 hrs/week; can be trained if technically strong).
  • Oversee Power BI Reporting including building data models and dataflows that pull from Hubspot, Wellsky and Netsuite
  • Other project based responsibilities such as owning build and test cycles, documentation creation, and system designs and others as assigned

  • Technical Skill Requirements:

    API & Integration Expertise (Priority)

    • Strong experience with API-based integrations and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to read/write API calls, understand REST standards, authentication, tokens, pagination.
    • JSON parsing, error handling, retries, and integration monitoring.
    • iPaaS tools such asZapier or Make.com(webhooks, automations, workflows).

    CRM / HubSpot (Nice to Have; Training Available if Technical)

    • HubSpot admin experience preferred (Starter or above).
    • Advanced workflows, custom objects, data modeling.
    • Funnel reporting, MQL logic, engagement tracking, automation design.
    • Experience with Salesforce or Netsuite CRM is a strong plus.
