Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Task Management & Delivery:

  • Ability to deliver a compelling presentation, demos, and proof-of-concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closing) within budget and timeline.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating to vendor support when needed until resolution.

2. Support for Key Account Management (KAM)/Team:

  • Provide technical insights to KAM team and offer support when needed.
  • Share knowledge by conducting presentations on the tools being handled.
  • Cascade new technology learnings from training or lectures to the team.

3. Continuous Learning & Competence Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in the field.
  • Proactively pursue further education and certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.

4. Initiatives & Process Improvement:

  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve internal processes, making them more efficient without sacrificing quality.
  • Focus on optimizing resources, including time, finances, and manpower, to drive cost-effective solutions.

5. Reporting, Tracking, & Organization:

  • Deliver reports, including accomplishment and project updates, in a timely and complete manner.
  • Maintain an updated tracker of issues and ensure partners are followed up within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) until issues are resolved.
  • Manage tool inventories and track borrowed tools, ensuring timely retrieval.

6. Ad-hoc Support & Project Involvement:

  • Provide support for ad-hoc activities within the Sales Support Team.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and projects.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or IT security roles.
  • Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, threat intelligence platforms).
  • Experience in incident response, vulnerability assessment, or security monitoring is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
  • Willing to be based in Makati City.
