Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Iloilo, Philippines. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and technical solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, understanding client needs, conducting on-site evaluations, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires collaboration with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales targets and boosting brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales, including identifying client needs and recommending practical solutions
• Experience in Sales Engineering and the ability to combine technical knowledge with sales skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Technical Support skills to assist clients in understanding and resolving technical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Iloilo and other parts of Western Visayas
