Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential clients needing warehouse storage solutions.
  • Conduct Site assessments and clients consultations to determine the best fit racking systems
  • Recommend, design and present racking layout solutions including pallet racks, shelving, mezzanines, and other warehouse structures
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical drawings and cost estimates
  • Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of solutions
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations when required
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during and after project implementation
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates for review by Chief Operating Officer
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least three (3) years of experience in technical sales, preferably in warehouse racking, material handling, or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and racking system
  • Ability to read and interpret technical layouts; knowledge in AutoCadd or similar software is a PLUS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Goal oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a Team
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and occasional client meetings as NEEDED

** This position is primarily office based with scheduled site visits and client engagement. It may require occasional extended hours depending on client or project demand. **
