RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Manage and support IC dealer partners:
  • Strategy and sales execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, achieve targets, and increase market share.
  • Dealer management: Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, building long-term relationships and developing mutually beneficial plans.
  • Operations and logistics: Oversee operational aspects such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and product availability.
  • Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, targeted end user reach, and execution, to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget and profit management: Ensure financial objectives, including collections and profit goals, are met for the assigned dealer partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product management, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in construction markets, preferably with power tools or related products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
