Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Manage and support IC dealer partners:
Strategy and sales execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, achieve targets, and increase market share.
Dealer management: Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, building long-term relationships and developing mutually beneficial plans.
Operations and logistics: Oversee operational aspects such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and product availability.
Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, targeted end user reach, and execution, to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Budget and profit management: Ensure financial objectives, including collections and profit goals, are met for the assigned dealer partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (product management, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred or related field.
3+ years of sales experience in construction markets, preferably with power tools or related products.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
