I. JOB SUMMARY
Provides on field support for Technical Concerns for Institutional and Distribution Commercial Teams, through on field consultations and testing of products.
Develops testing and trial programs to enhance client appreciation of Cemex Products specific to their needs.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT SUPPORT TO CLIENTS
- Responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements and aligns with available Company's Products
- Manages Trials mixes and solutions deployment to clients.
TECHNICAL ONSITE SUPPORT
- Monitors Company's Product Performance in concrete for clients and its impact on their businesses and provide further enhancements as needed.
- Provides training and improved understanding of standards and code
- Recommendation on adjustments of design mixes due to site and project conditions.
- Stoppage of onsite activities due to abuse in use of our products. (Under or Overdosing, Incorrect Cement Factors, incorrect aggregate size, type and supplier.).
CLIENT SERVICING
- Securing Samples - Ensuring no sample switching and deterioration due to improper packing.
- Transportation or shipping of samples to certified 3rd party laboratories of the Company and Client.
- Witnessing with clients actual testing of products.
- Complaint resolution assistance (Clients- Customers)
- Schedule adjustments and switching or replacements of 3rd party labs.
MONITORING and REPORTING OF TEST RESULTS
- Monitors testing and sampling schedules and coordinates with clients., analysis and provides recommendations on test results.
- Analysis of Market dynamics and changes, (New products, requirements and applications)
- Product performance changes for Cement Production and.
PRODUCT SUPPORT TO CLIENTS
- Determination of the right cement, admixtures and concrete mix design as required by applications and client requirements
