This position is responsible for implementing the recruitment, selection and placement process to successfully place most qualified IT individuals, from both external and internal sources to fill up job vacancies within the allotted time frame. This role ensures the proper documentation of new hires and their proper endorsement to the requisitioning department or division.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and post technical job descriptions;
Source potential candidates on various platforms;
Search for relevant skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes;
Conduct initial and in-depth interviews for preparation ofcomprehensive written evaluation/profile per applicant;
Recommend qualified applicants to requisitioning department/division heads for interview, assessment and recommendation to Human Resources and Administration Division;
Monitor status of referred and endorsed applicants;
Assist in preparing, updating and revising job descriptions;
Verify pre-employment requirements submitted by the prospective employee/s;
Assist on the first day onboarding of new hires; and,
Assist in preparation of reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any IT-related course
At least 2 years as Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter
Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Knowledge of recruitment process and platforms
Job Description writing skills
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
