Job Description

  • Prepare and submit technical job descriptions;
  • Source potential candidates on various platforms;
  • Conduct initial and in-depth interviews for preparation of comprehensive written evaluation/profile per applicant;
  • Recommend qualified applicants to requisitioning department/division heads for interview, assessment and recommendation to Human Resources and Administration Division;
  • Monitor status of referred and endorsed applicants;
  • Assist in preparing, updating and revising job descriptions;
  • Verify pre-employment requirements submitted by the prospective employee/s;
  • Assist on the first day onboarding of new hires; and,
  • Assist in preparation of reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any IT-related course
  • No licensure or certification required
  • At least 2 years as Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist
  • Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms
  • Job Description writing skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Priority management
