Conduct initial and in-depth interviews for preparation of comprehensive written evaluation/profile per applicant;
Recommend qualified applicants to requisitioning department/division heads for interview, assessment and recommendation to Human Resources and Administration Division;
Monitor status of referred and endorsed applicants;
Assist in preparing, updating and revising job descriptions;
Verify pre-employment requirements submitted by the prospective employee/s;
Assist on the first day onboarding of new hires; and,
Assist in preparation of reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any IT-related course
No licensure or certification required
At least 2 years as Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist
Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms
Job Description writing skills
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
