Technical Recruiter
Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical roles across multiple client accounts. Works closely with hiring managers and reports to the Talent Head. Uses JIRA to track requisitions and recruitment progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and update job descriptions.
- Maintain a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track all roles and candidate movements in JIRA and the ATS.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Talent Head.
- Support offer preparation and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA and ATS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles for different clients.
