Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tech Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition operations. The recruiter will be responsible for conducting primary screening rounds, evaluating profiles using the hiring handbook, and ensuring a smooth candidate pipeline. This role requires familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and calling platforms, with Zoho Recruit being strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & Interviews
- Conduct the primary round of interviews for technical roles.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on role requirements and predefined criteria.
- Assess candidates using the Hiring Handbook, ensuring alignment with skills, experience, and culture fit.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment tasks as needed.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates within the ATS.
- Post job openings, manage applications, and support end-to-end hiring stages when required.
Systems & Tools
- Work actively on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Zoho Recruit preferred.
- Use calling and communication platforms for candidate outreach and interviews.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across all systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical recruitment or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, basic technical skill terminology, and screening parameters.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Zoho Recruit.
- Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews confidently.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple profiles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
