Job Description
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialist to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspect of hiring, from meeting with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following
- Maintenance of at least 5 active & 5-7 seasonal clients
- Reports compliance
- At least three (3) face to face interviews per month
- visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
- using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
- briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
- preparing CVs to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
- organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
- informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Adhoc functions as business exigencies may require
