Technical Recruiter ( Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Tech hiring is your specialty. You can spot real technical depth behind a resume, whether the role is an AI automation engineer or a senior software developer, and you're comfortable leading client conversations with US-based hiring teams. In this role, you'll manage your assigned job orders from start to finish and serve as the go-to contact for the clients you support.

This client-facing role suits a recruiter who likes a challenging search. You'll fill AI, automation, and software roles, keep clients informed and aligned, and share market insights that strengthen how we find, attract, and assess top tech talent.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter
• Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as AI automation engineers, AI specialists, software professionals and engineering professionals
• Proven client management experience, including calibration calls, regular updates, and client reporting
• Solid sourcing or lead generation experience
• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing and screening through endorsement and offer
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to handle client and executive conversations
• The ability to manage administrative tasks and coordinate client and executive meetings in a fast-paced environment

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or highly specialized tech roles across IT and Engineering industries
• BPO industry experience, or non-BPO experience hiring client-facing roles for tech companies
• Experience supporting US-based clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills when assessing technical profiles and market data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of building long-term candidate relationships

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Client Management and Delivery

• You own the client relationship for your assigned job orders and keep hiring on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client delivery across assigned job orders
• Provide at least weekly updates to clients, or more often as needed
• Facilitate client interviews and additional hiring assessments
• Attend client meetings, handle client reporting, and communicate promptly on recruitment service concerns

End-to-End Candidate Management

• You own the candidate journey, from first contact through client endorsement.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and specialized roles
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical fit and client readiness
• Review employment applications and background check reports
• Facilitate profile completion for client endorsement and follow up on incomplete profiles
• Search the database for strong profiles to present to current and potential clients
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

Talent Strategy and Internal Collaboration

• You help build a sharper, more competitive way to find and assess tech talent.
• Work with internal departments to develop creative solutions to talent acquisition challenges
• Maintain effective working relationships with Operations and other GoTeam departments
• Coordinate and monitor activities, and implement policies and procedures within your area
• Gather market intelligence on attraction, assessment, and sourcing methods
• Map market intelligence based on candidate information and suggest improvements to talent acquisition activities
