Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT/Engineering staffing. The role involves end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination for various technical roles across the United States. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of recruitment tools, US tax terms, visa classifications, and time zones. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place IT & Engineering professionals based on client job requirements.
- Post job openings and actively search resumes on platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical fit, availability, work authorization, and interest.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate tracking.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT/Engineering staffing.
- Sound knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
- Familiarity with US time zones and state geography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a night shift role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US staffing or technical recruitment is mandatory.
