We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
IT Technical Recruiter to join a growing recruitment and human capital solutions company based in Makati.
The successful candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various technology and digital positions. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced recruiters who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment.
Candidates must be willing and able to report to our
Makati office daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and profile assessments
- Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Work closely with recruitment leaders and clients to meet hiring requirements and timelines
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
- Work toward individual recruitment, endorsement, and placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of recruitment experience
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in IT recruitment are encouraged to apply
- Experience in IT, technical, executive search, agency, RPO, or staffing recruitment is an advantage
- Familiarity with technology roles and terminology is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication, coordination, research, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City from Monday to Friday
