What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing → closing)
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical needs
• Build strong pipelines of active, qualified tech talent
• Move fast, think sharp, and deliver results consistently

Who We're Looking For

• REQUIRED: CURRENT experience in IT recruitment (Philippine market)
• Expert in sourcing niche and high-demand tech talent across key IT domains
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements
• Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Priority Advantage

• Experience in IT consulting / IT services firms (highly preferred)

Work Setup

Flexible Hybrid – Ortigas, Pasig

Typically onsite once a week, with additional onsite meetings/client visits as needed.

Full remote periods may be implemented depending on business requirements.
